Required account sign-up agreements
Account sign-up agreement version: 2026-08-15.1
1. [Required] Confirmation that you are at least 18
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and understand that Yeoun currently does not permit sign-up, use, or payment by anyone under 18.
2. [Required] Account Terms of Service
I have reviewed and agree to the account creation, sign-in, account security, AI conversation, payment, subscription, withdrawal, and liability conditions in the Terms of Service.
3. [Required] Collection and processing of account data
- Email sign-up: email address, display name, password processed with a one-way hash and salt, and authentication method
- Google sign-up: immutable Google identifier (sub), verified email, display name, and authentication method
- Common service data: consent history, conversation/action/AI-response data, story progress, relationships and memories, purchase and subscription records, and pseudonymous analytics events
- Purposes: account creation, sign-in and recovery, AI conversation and story execution, cross-device continuity, payment, support, and security
- Retention: conversation text for 30 days; account, progress, and relationship data until the account or item is deleted; transaction records for the statutory period
- Effect of refusal: an account cannot be created
See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. [Required] AI processing and overseas data transfer
For every customer AI conversation, including free, subscription, and credit-funded turns, the user input and conversation, story, and relationship context needed for a response are transferred to OpenAI in the United States. They are not automatically forwarded to another external AI provider during an outage. Review the country, contact, data, purpose, timing, method, retention, and improvement-use conditions in AI processing and overseas data transfer.
Transfer of guest records
If you sign up while using a guest session, story progress, relationships, and memories may be moved to the new account. Guest-consent history remains separately attributed and does not replace account sign-up consent.
