Rights Complaint and Response Process
Effective July 31, 2026 · Process version rights-complaint-2026-07-31-v1
1. Submit a complaint
Email admin@team-round.com with the subject [Rights Complaint] and include:
- your name or organisation, contact email, and whether you are the rights holder or authorised agent;
- the original work, person, mark, or other protected subject and the basis of ownership or authority;
- the Yeoun work title, plot or asset ID, URL, or screenshot sufficient to locate the material;
- a specific explanation of the affected content and right;
- only the evidence reasonably needed, such as a registration, original publication record, agreement, or authorisation; and
- a statement that the submission is accurate and made in good faith, followed by your typed name as an electronic signature.
Do not send a national identification number, complete identity document, financial data, or other unnecessary personal data.
2. Intake and temporary action
- Yeoun records a case identifier, receipt time, affected work or asset, substance of the complaint, and handling history.
- Missing information may be requested. A complaint that cannot identify the material or rights basis may close without a merits decision.
- Where specific evidence indicates a meaningful risk of irreparable harm, or a legal request requires it, Yeoun may temporarily restrict new discovery or access to the affected content during review.
- A temporary restriction is not a final finding of infringement or ownership.
3. Creator notice and response
- Unless restricted by law, an investigation, or claimant safety, Yeoun tells the creator the affected material, substance of the complaint, temporary action, deadline, and response route.
- The creator may respond under the subject [Rights Complaint Response] with the case ID and evidence of ownership, licence, permission, independent creation, non-infringement, or a correction plan.
- Yeoun discloses personal data and confidential information to the other party only where reasonably necessary.
4. Decision
After reviewing the submissions, content, legal requests, and policy, Yeoun may:
- reject the complaint and restore the work or asset;
- require correction and a new review;
- keep the affected revision or asset unavailable or delete it; or
- restrict submission or publication for deliberate or repeat infringement.
Yeoun is not a court and may require the parties to obtain an agreement, specialist determination, or court decision where ownership is genuinely contested.
5. Settlement
Only unpaid revenue attributable to the disputed work may be held during review. Unrelated work revenue remains available. Restoration releases the hold. If removal is maintained, an administrator must explicitly release the hold or record a reversal supported by a legal or contractual recovery basis.
6. Appeal
Either party may appeal by emailing under the subject [Rights Complaint Appeal] within the period stated in the decision, identifying the case, challenged decision, and new evidence or specific error. Repetition without new grounds may be closed without further review.
7. Abuse and repeat infringement
- Knowingly false complaints, impersonation, forged evidence, or harassment through this process may lead to restrictions and legal responsibility.
- Repeat infringement is assessed from established violations, severity, intent, circumvention, and prior warnings.
8. Data and contact
Complaint and response materials are processed only as needed for case handling, legal obligations, and disputes under the Privacy Policy. Questions may be sent to admin@team-round.com.
