Required guest-use agreements

Guest agreement version: 2026-08-15.1

Every item below is required. You must review and check each item before a guest session is created. Yeoun does not treat continued use as consent.

1. [Required] Confirmation that you are at least 18

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and understand that Yeoun currently does not offer use by minors through parental consent.

2. [Required] Guest Terms of Service

I have reviewed and agree to the guest contract, AI limitations, prohibited conduct, liability, and record-deletion conditions in the Terms of Service.

3. [Required] Collection and processing of guest-use data

Data: random guest identifier, authentication sessions, consent history, conversation/action/AI-response data, story progress, relationships and memories, pseudonymous analytics events, and temporary processing of connection IP addresses
Purposes: guest authentication, AI conversation and story execution, continuity of progress and relationships, security and duplicate prevention, error diagnosis, and quality analysis
Retention: conversation text for 30 days; progress, relationships, and memories until deletion; statutory records for the period required by law
Effect of refusal: a guest session cannot be created

4. [Required] AI processing and overseas data transfer

For every customer AI conversation, including free, subscription, and credit-funded turns, the user input and conversation, story, and relationship context needed for a response are transferred to OpenAI in the United States. They are not automatically forwarded to another external AI provider during an outage. Review the purpose, data, timing, method, retention, and improvement-use conditions in AI processing and overseas data transfer.

This agreement applies only to guest use. Creating an account requires the separate account sign-up agreements, including account-data processing.
